Email task details

To send the details of a task to another person, such as a colleague or supervisor, check the Email task details box and enter the email address in the Email to field when you create the task. You can enter multiple addresses separated by a comma or a semicolon.

If the task already exists, double-click it to open and edit these fields; the email will be sent when you save the changes.

For version 16.5 Update 12 and later: the check box Include balances can be used to control whether the balances information is included in the email. By default, it is un-checked and the information will not be included.

For earlier versions, the balances information will always be included in the email.
